What CaseStudy2Win is

CaseStudy2Win is a practice tool. It generates realistic sales and interview scenarios, lets you respond in writing or by voice, and returns AI-generated scores and coaching to help you rehearse and improve.

Not professional advice — and no guarantee of results

The scenarios, scores, and coaching are for practice and educational purposes only. They are generated by AI, may contain errors, and are not professional, career, legal, financial, or hiring advice. A good score here does not guarantee any interview outcome, job offer, promotion, or sales result. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (at least 16).
• One person per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service or its AI outputs as your own product.
• Submit content you have no right to submit, or that infringes others' rights.
• Circumvent usage limits, security, or access controls.

Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of the answers and content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content to operate the service (for example, to evaluate your answer and store your history). We own the platform, the software, the scenario and scoring frameworks, and all related intellectual property.

Plans, limits and payments

The service may offer free and paid plans with different usage limits. When paid plans are available, prices and limits will be shown at checkout, payments are handled by Stripe, and subscriptions renew until cancelled. Usage limits are enforced per plan; nothing is unlimited. We may change plans or pricing with reasonable notice.

Beta / early access

CaseStudy2Win is offered as an early-access product. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, opportunities, or outcomes arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you are on a free plan, to a nominal amount).

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
