About
Practice that respects how the work actually happens.
CaseStudy2Win helps sales professionals and job candidates rehearse the high-stakes conversations that decide deals and careers — with scenarios built around your real goal, scoring grounded in how these situations are actually judged, and coaching that shows you exactly where to improve.
Why we built it
Reps beat demos.
Most “AI practice” tools generate a generic scenario and hand back a generic score. That's a demo, not preparation. Real growth comes from realistic situations tied to your role and goal, specific feedback on what a top performer would do differently, and enough repetition to build instinct. We built CaseStudy2Win to be exactly that — a place to practise the specific conversation you're about to have, safely, as many times as it takes.
The method
Not an LLM wrapper.
Most “AI practice” tools do one thing: hand your answer to a language model and ask it for a number. Models are fluent, but they drift — grade the same answer twice and you can get two different scores. That's not a measurement; it's a mood.
So we split the job in two. The AI does one narrow, reliable task: find the evidence. Did you quantify the business impact? Did you surface the decision-maker who wasn't in the room? For each criterion it answers yes or no — and it has to quote your exact words back as proof. Then our own code, not the model, does the scoring: behaviourally-anchored criteria, a tiered checklist where you only unlock the next level by clearing the one below it, and competency weights that shift as you move from Manager to VP — because what a hiring panel looks for shifts too.
That separation is the whole design, and it's a deliberate, researched choice grounded in decades of work on structured interviewing and how these conversations are actually judged. It makes every score inspectable — you can see the exact quote behind each mark — reproducible, and honest about where it came from.
The engine
A buyer who makes you earn it.
Behind DealCraft is a reasoning engine built from the diagnostic framework in Sales Unlearned — not a clever prompt. The AI buyer withholds what you haven't uncovered: skip the diagnosis and reach for the pitch, and they stay guarded — exactly like a real buyer who doesn't trust you yet. Earn it with genuine curiosity and the room opens up.
Under that, a principle we hold to strictly: the code establishes the facts (who spoke, what was actually covered), the model interprets meaning, and a separate decision layer — never the model's guesswork — judges whether the opportunity is really qualified. Months of framework, testing, and iteration sit under a screen that's meant to feel like a simple conversation.
The philosophy
Rooted in Sales Unlearned.
CaseStudy2Win grew out of the ideas in Sales Unlearned by Sajeed Ahmed: that selling is structured curiosity and responsibility — not persuasion or pressure. Guide, don't push. Earn trust, don't chase it. Stay calm and curious. Lead with frameworks and principles, never memorised lines.
You'll feel that stance throughout the product — in how the AI stakeholders behave, and in how we coach: “So if I'm hearing you right…” , “What matters most to you?”, “Here's what I'll do next.”
Two ways to practise
DealCraft & InterviewCraft.
DealCraft — rehearse realistic B2B sales situations: discovery, objections, negotiation, closing. In writing or in a live voice roleplay with an AI stakeholder, scored across the dimensions that make an advisor-seller effective.
InterviewCraft — rehearse realistic interview case scenarios built from the actual job description, with a lifelike AI interviewer, scored against role-specific competency weights, plus optional on-device presence coaching.
Where we draw the line
Honest about what a score is.
A score here is feedback on one answer against a structured rubric — not a prediction of how your interview will go, not a verdict on your ability, and no employer or recruiter ever sees it. Delivery cues like pace and pauses are described, never dressed up as a measure of “confidence” or worth; they vary naturally with language background, neurodivergence, and personal style. We'd rather earn your trust than inflate a number.
Who's behind it
Built by a practitioner.
CaseStudy2Win is built by Sajeed Ahmed, author of Sales Unlearned — from a simple conviction: people don't rise to the occasion, they fall to their level of preparation. This is the preparation.
